Directed and supported implementation of the Community Risk Reduction and Community Outreach programs
As Fire Chief:
Developed an Assessment & Enhancement Plan to immediately begin addressing morale, cultural, administrative, and operational problems to address concerns from Board of Fire Trustees

As start-up Administrator:
Directed full, ground-up implementation of a new emergency medical services ambulance district
Secured more than $100K of additional funding through justification of transfer of COVID funding from a participating township

Created digital statistics tracking that automatically produced monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
